Electronic Document Processing Suite
We designed and developed a complete electronic document processing suite in Microsoft Access for Net One / Scan One. After scanning documents into TIFF format images, the document processing suite stamps the images with a unique number, allows users to index the documents with any number of highly customizable data fields, runs a whole array of quality assurance programs, exports the data into any format the customer desires, and much more.

Data Conversion Programs
We have created numerous data conversion programs that convert data from and to Access, SQL Server, FileNet, Summation, Concordance, IntroSpect, DP500, and numerous other formats.

Search Engines
We have developed various search engines with a wide variety of features such as:

Online Document Center
We designed and developed a web site for Net One / Scan One that allows companies to search for, view, annotate and index their documents over the Internet. Below are some of the organizations currently using it.
